By accessing or using LinkNester, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use LinkNester.

1. Description of Service

LinkNester allows users to save, organize, tag, search, and retrieve links and related link information for personal use. LinkNester may also retrieve publicly available page titles, descriptions, preview images, site names, and other metadata to help users identify and organize their saved links.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use LinkNester. You agree to provide accurate and current account information and to keep that information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

3. Free Trial

LinkNester may offer a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method may be required when signing up. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew as a paid subscription at the then-current subscription price and billing frequency disclosed when you begin the trial.

Trial availability, eligibility, length, and features may be changed or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

LinkNester may offer monthly, annual, or other subscription plans. Subscription prices, features, and billing periods will be disclosed before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date. You authorize the applicable payment platform to charge the payment method associated with your account for each renewal period.

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights are handled by that platform and are subject to its terms, billing rules, and policies.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you subscribed, such as your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period unless the applicable platform provides otherwise.

Deleting your LinkNester account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You are responsible for canceling the subscription separately through the platform where it was purchased.

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or Google must generally be submitted through the applicable platform. LinkNester does not control refund decisions made by Apple, Google, or another payment provider.

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

LinkNester may impose reasonable usage, storage, link-saving, request, or feature limits to protect service performance, control operating costs, prevent abuse, and maintain a reliable experience for users.

Trial users and paid users may be subject to different usage limits, storage limits, link-saving limits, or feature-access limits.

You may not use automated tools, bots, scripts, bulk import systems, scraping tools, or other automated methods to save excessive numbers of links, overload the service, evade usage limits, or interfere with LinkNester.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LinkNester for any illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not:

• Attempt to access another user’s account, content, or data without authorization.
• Disrupt, damage, overload, interfere with, or impair LinkNester or its systems.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass security measures, subscription controls, usage limits, or access restrictions.
• Upload, save, distribute, or promote content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
• Use LinkNester to spread malware, malicious code, fraudulent links, phishing material, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of LinkNester except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use LinkNester in a way that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the links, tags, notes, and other content you save or submit through LinkNester.

By using the service, you grant LinkNester a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, organize, and transmit your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide LinkNester.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to save, submit, and use your content through LinkNester and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person or entity.

LinkNester is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, reliability, legality, security, or safety of third-party websites or links saved by users.

Link preview images, page titles, descriptions, site names, and other third-party metadata remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely to help users identify, organize, and retrieve their saved links.

9. Intellectual Property

LinkNester, including its software, source code, design, user interface, branding, name, logos, graphics, text, features, functionality, and other proprietary materials, is owned by LinkNester or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of LinkNester without our prior written permission.

10. Account Deletion and Data Removal

You may request deletion of your account at any time.

To initiate account deletion, you may use the in-app account deletion feature when available or submit a request by emailing admin@linknesterapp.com from the email address associated with your account.

For security purposes, we may require verification of your identity before processing your request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account deletion request is completed, your account will be permanently deleted, your saved links, tags, notes, and associated account data will be removed from active systems, and your access to LinkNester will be terminated.

Account deletion is irreversible, and deleted data may not be recoverable.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 7 days. It may take up to 30 days to fully remove or anonymize information from active systems, backups, logs, and service-provider systems, subject to technical, legal, and operational requirements.

Retention of Limited Information

We may retain limited information after account deletion where required or permitted to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain system security, or protect the rights and safety of LinkNester and others.

Information retained for these purposes will not be used for active marketing or to continue providing the deleted account with LinkNester services.

Third-Party Services

If your account is connected to third-party services such as payment providers, app stores, analytics providers, authentication services, hosting providers, or link-preview providers, you may need to manage or delete certain information directly through those third parties in accordance with their policies.

Subscription and Billing

If you have an active subscription, you remain responsible for canceling it through the platform where you subscribed, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your LinkNester account does not automatically stop subscription billing.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to LinkNester, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the service, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, failed to pay applicable fees, created a security risk, or caused harm to LinkNester, its users, its systems, or a third party.

Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation before termination. We may act immediately where necessary to protect users, systems, legal rights, or service integrity.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, improve, restrict, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of LinkNester at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

We do not guarantee that LinkNester will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, compatible with every device, or free from errors, delays, data loss, or service interruptions.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

LinkNester may display, store, retrieve, or provide access to links, content, metadata, products, or services operated by third parties. LinkNester does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, services, privacy practices, security, availability, or business practices.

Your use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkNester is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that saved links, metadata, images, descriptions, third-party content, or external websites will remain available, accurate, secure, unchanged, or accessible.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkNester and its owners, affiliates, service providers, licensors, contractors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for lost data, lost links, service interruptions, account loss, third-party content, third-party conduct, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, LinkNester.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of LinkNester for all claims arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to LinkNester during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid LinkNester during that period.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You acknowledge that you use LinkNester at your own risk.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinkNester and its owners, affiliates, service providers, licensors, contractors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of LinkNester, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your violation of another person’s rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.

If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the app, our website, email, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of LinkNester after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export-control, sanctions, import, and trade laws when accessing or using LinkNester.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or LinkNester shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Alabama, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the LinkNester Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented in connection with a specific feature or subscription, constitute the entire agreement between you and LinkNester regarding your use of the service.
