By accessing or using LinkNester, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

LinkNester allows users to save, organize, tag, search, and retrieve links and related link information for personal use.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use LinkNester. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Free Trial

LinkNester may offer a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method may be required when signing up. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

LinkNester may offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights are handled by that platform and are subject to its terms and policies.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you subscribed, such as your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your LinkNester account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or Google must generally be submitted through the applicable platform. LinkNester does not control refund decisions made by Apple or Google.

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

LinkNester may impose reasonable usage limits to protect service performance and prevent abuse. Trial users and paid users may be subject to different link-saving limits, storage limits, or feature access limits.

You may not use automated tools, bots, bulk import systems, scraping tools, or other methods to save excessive numbers of links or interfere with the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LinkNester for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or unauthorized purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, access another user’s account, or misuse LinkNester’s systems.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the links, tags, notes, and other content you save in LinkNester. By using the service, you grant LinkNester permission to store, process, display, and organize that content as needed to provide the service.

LinkNester is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or safety of third-party websites or links saved by users.

9. Account Deletion and Data Removal

You may request deletion of your account at any time.

To initiate an account deletion request, you may use the in-app account deletion feature when available, or submit a request by emailing admin@linknesterapp.com from the email address associated with your account.

For security purposes, we may require verification of your identity before processing your request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account deletion request is completed, your account will be permanently deleted, your saved links, tags, and associated data will be permanently removed, and your access to the service will be terminated.

This action is irreversible, and deleted data cannot be recovered.

Processing Time

We aim to process account deletion requests within 7 days, but it may take up to 30 days to fully remove all data from our systems, backups, and logs.

Retention of Limited Information

We may retain limited information after account deletion if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain system security and integrity. This retained data will not be used for marketing or active service purposes.

Third-Party Services

If your account is connected to third-party services such as payment providers, app stores, analytics providers, authentication services, or link preview providers, you may need to manage or delete your data directly through those services in accordance with their policies.

Subscription and Billing

If you have an active subscription, you are responsible for canceling it through the platform where you subscribed, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing.

10. Service Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of LinkNester at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

LinkNester is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkNester is not liable for lost data, service interruptions, third-party content, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of LinkNester after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
